We want you to be completely satisfied with your Conguitos purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply follow our streamlined process to receive a full refund or exchange for a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Conguitos box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized drop-off point; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
